The staff were good and amicable the whole time. The hotel had a favourable location in slum area. I was surprised at nearby Artisan, they had some goodies, drinks.
Didn't like the area, it was poor.

The check-in staff were quite friendly. I liked that it's located in the bkc neighborhood. Plus, they do offer free parking, nice. The location is close to many attractions, so you can get out and explore.

The location is very strategic for US visa aspirants. I found the bed to be comfortable, a plus. The lighting in the room wasn't sufficient was great. The wardrobe was broken, so I couldn't hang my clothes. The TV wasn't working at all, frustrating. The food quality matched the low standards for the prices, and the service from staff felt less than cute. When it came to cleanliness, the hygiene left a lot to be desired. I expected more for what I paid.
